New Delhi: Corona virus has wreaked havoc in the country and in the world. The Ministry of Health has identified 207 districts with the highest risk of infection. In addition, 170 hotspots have been identified in the country with a high risk of transmission of corona virus. In addition, the transition is divided into three zones: Red Zone, Orange Zone and Green Zone.

If there is no new case within 14 days in the area where the Red Zone is declared, then the Orange Zone can be changed.

Hotspots or red zones are districts or cities where more than 80 per cent of the country or state’s positive cases have been reported.

New Delhi| The central government has declared a total of 170 districts of the country affected by Coronavirus as hotspots. These districts have been marked under “Red” zones. These include six metro cities – Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata and Hyderabad. Tamil Nadu has the highest number of 22 districts in Red Zones. Followed by Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh with 11 districts each. All nine district hotspots in Delhi have been included in the cities. 5 districts of Madhya Pradesh and 5 from Gujarat are also in the category of hotspots. Meanwhile, 207 districts have been placed in non-hotspots (white zones) and 359 in green zones.
